What knowledge and skills are we looking for?
- Secondary/university education in technical or economic field (ideally with analytical thinking)
- Basic experience or interest in production planning
- Very good knowledge of Excel, specifically pivot tables, formulas, Power Query basics. The interview includes an Excel proficiency test.
- Basic familiarity with ERP and experience with APS systems is an advantage
- Organizational and communication skills, diligence
- Analytical and proactive thinking, responsibility and independence in production planning
