Stamping

Cold stamping of metal parts is carried out with emphasis on precision, repeatability and stable quality. Production takes place from steel or aluminum coils on automated stamping lines designed for high production volumes. The technologies used are optimized for automotive industry requirements and enable compliance with prescribed tolerances.

Welding

Welding is seamlessly integrated into the production program and directly follows stamping operations. By combining resistance welding and MIG/MAG welding technology on semi-automatic, automatic and robotic workstations, we ensure stable quality, high repeatability and smooth series production.
