Tool Design and Development
We design and manufacture a wide range of stamping tools, from operational and progressive to transfer tools up to 5,000 mm in length and max weight of 30,000 kg.
Tool design is ensured using modern 3D CAD/CAM systems with emphasis on precision, process stability and long-term tool life. During development, we use simulation software to verify tool function, material flow and stress on individual components. Thanks to simulations, we can identify potential risks already in the design phase and optimize the design before starting production.
Manufacturing, Machining
Tool manufacturing takes place in our own production facilities using modern CNC machining technologies. Direct connection between design and production enables quick adjustments, high quality processing and compliance with required tolerances.
Assembly and Tuning
Complete assembly and tuning of tools takes place directly at our premises, including functional tests and optimization of the production process. This ensures full functionality of the tool and its readiness for serial production.
Serial Production, Tool Maintenance
Tools are systematically recorded and stored with emphasis on protection and quick availability. We thus provide customers with long-term support, service and production continuity throughout the project lifetime.
