Welding is seamlessly integrated into the production program and directly follows stamping operations. By combining resistance welding and MIG/MAG welding technology on semi-automatic, automatic and robotic workstations, we ensure stable quality, high repeatability and smooth series production.
Resistance Welding
Resistance welding, mainly spot welding, takes place on welding equipment with single-purpose fixtures that ensure precise positioning of parts and high weld repeatability. Emphasis is placed on welding process stability, consistent joint quality with focus on meeting customer requirements.
Robotic Workstation
The robotic workstation is equipped with an industrial welding arm operating in single-purpose fixtures designed for specific parts. The welding robot is fully integrated with the control system and welding source, enabling stable and repeatable welding with minimal manual operation.
